Leadership 21 is a West Chester ▪ Liberty Chamber Alliance program designed to improve the quantity, quality, and effectiveness of leadership along the I-75 Growth Corridor and within the communities of West Chester and Liberty Townships. Area leaders are selected, through an application process, to participate in this program of community education and leadership training where they will study various aspects of our region. |
